At Noohrani, each piece is bespoke, made-to-order, and intricately handcrafted. Due to the customised and heavily embroidered nature of our creations, no returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted under any circumstances.

We encourage our patrons to review all product details, measurements, pricing, and images carefully before placing an order.

Repairs (Manufacturing Defects Only)

We take great care in delivering flawless craftsmanship. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect:

• Manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Claims must be supported with clear photographs and an unboxing video.
• Once verified, valid defects will be repaired free of cost.
• Damage caused by wear and tear, mishandling, moisture, improper storage, alterations, or incorrect usage is not covered.
